Basic Seller Fees [No Fixed Fee Or Hidden Charges]
Registration is free. A one-time onboarding fee of Rs. 499 is required to activate and start using your store. Our commission rates start at 0% and go up to a maximum of 4.5%, varying by category and store level. The commercial structure is designed to stay transparent and meaningfully lower than larger generic marketplaces.
No Cancellation Fees
Shopdibz does not charge penalty for late shipments or order cancellations. The only expectation is timely communication with customers in case of order-related issues. Maintaining a low cancellation rate also supports stronger store performance and increased selling.
Zero Penalty On Returns
There is no penalty on return orders. A part of the return shipping fee may need to be borne by the store or seller for return cases covered under the returns and refund policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Shopdibz offers two shipping modes: Self Ship and Assisted Shipping.
Self Ship
No shipping fee is charged to the seller. The seller handles shipping and updates the order status through Seller Hub to notify both customers and Shopdibz.
Assisted Shipping
A fee is deducted for shipping and delivery, starting at just Rs. 35 per 500g. Shopdibz takes care of shipping, pickup is scheduled accordingly, and sellers should download the label and manifest from Seller Hub.
Rates vary with weight, item, and distance. As stores level up and gather more points, rates can be subsidised further.
Payment Cycle
Payments are initiated for every order on the 7th day after the product has been delivered to the customer, after deducting the applicable fees. Both pending and settled payments can be viewed in Seller Hub.
