Brands on Shopdibz are expected to ship order items within 3 days of order placement.
If an order is not shipped within that 3-day timeframe, it may be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
Shipping charges are shown during checkout before order confirmation.
Customers receive tracking updates once the order has shipped.
Shipping Timeline
Brands registered on Shopdibz are required to ship order items within no more than 3 days from the date of order placement.
If a brand fails to ship within this 3-day timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Order Processing And Delivery
Order processing begins after placement, but actual dispatch may vary depending on the product and the brand.
The brand may provide an estimated delivery time, and delivery duration after shipment depends on location, courier performance, and the selected shipping method.
Once your order ships, a tracking number should be available so you can monitor delivery status.
Shipping Costs, Restrictions, And International Orders
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on shipping address and the size or weight of the order.
Some regions or countries may have delivery restrictions. If delivery is unavailable to a location, the customer should be informed during the checkout process.
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply based on local regulations, and those charges remain the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Confirmation And Contact
