If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, review the policy below before raising a request. Shopdibz protects both customer fairness and marketplace integrity.
Requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of successful delivery.
Once initiated on time, the complete process should be finished within 14 days of delivery, including pickup, inspection, and approval.
For clothing and similar categories, exchanges are generally prioritized ahead of full refunds when the requested size or variant is available.
Repeated misuse, suspicious claims, or excessive requests may lead to restrictions or account action.
The words whose first letter is capitalized carry defined meanings throughout this policy, whether they appear in singular or plural form.
For certain categories, especially clothing, apparel, and textiles, exchanges for a different size or variant are prioritized over full refunds wherever possible.
If the requested exchange variant is unavailable across participating stores, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or Shopdibz wallet credits.
Refund, return, or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of successful delivery. Requests raised after this period are not eligible except where required by applicable law.
The 48-hour rule applies to initiation. Once a valid request is opened within that window, pickup, inspection, verification, and approval may continue within the broader completion timeline below.
Once a return is approved, you may choose how your reimbursement is handled.
Exceptions may be considered for products received in damaged condition, defective products, or products materially different from what was ordered, provided the issue is reported within the 48-hour initiation window with supporting evidence where requested.
Only regular-priced products may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable law.
Shopdibz reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products to us or to the seller unless the return flow explicitly states otherwise.
Products purchased from the official store may be sent to PRA 29, Kumarapuram, Trivandrum, Kerala, 695011. Products purchased from participating stores should be returned to the relevant store address shown on that store’s page.
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipment, so insured and trackable return methods are strongly recommended.
If products were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, gift credit may be issued after the returned product is received. Otherwise, reimbursement is made to the original purchaser.
To protect against misuse, fraud, abuse, false claims, tampering, or excessive requests, Shopdibz may reject requests, require additional verification, restrict future returns, or suspend or permanently block the customer account.
