Excluded Products

This section contains the list of products that are excluded from selling on Shopdibz. The categories below follow the original route content and remain part of seller compliance expectations.
Restricted, prohibited, dangerous, and unlawful products are not supported on Shopdibz.
Some categories may also require separate licenses, approvals, or qualifications even when lawful in India.
Products that infringe intellectual property rights or are subject to recall remain prohibited.
Shopdibz may classify additional unsupported products at its discretion.
Products Not Supported For Sale
- Cigars, cigarettes, tobacco, or other products containing tobacco.
- Firearms and associated parts, kits, and ammunition; realistic imitation firearms; air weapons, air guns, BB guns and airsoft guns that are illegal or illegal to sell via the Internet; spear guns; crossbows with a barrel; mace; black powder and all explosives; offensive weapons; fireworks and other pyrotechnics.
- Knives, knife blades, razor blades, swords, daggers, axes, and other articles with a blade or sharply pointed articles made or adapted for causing injury, except for limited exceptions such as enclosed razor cartridges, certain folding blades under the described size limits, kitchen knives, and electric carving knives.
- Medicines and veterinary medicines, medicinal products, medicinal feeds, and remedies sold by a seller who lacks the necessary licenses, authorizations, qualifications, or approval from Shopdibz for the category.
- Any prohibited drug.
- Caffeine powder, bulk caffeine powder, and pure caffeine powder where concentration or purity cannot be safely determined, while supplements or tablet or liquid products containing caffeine as an ingredient may be separately treated.
- Products containing human growth hormone.
- Elements of the human body and medical implants.
- Any live animals.
- Products made of or containing any part of a plant or animal where sale, storage, import, or export is prohibited or regulated, including examples such as endangered species, elephant ivory, coral, sea turtle shells, and most reptile skins.
- Any product containing other ingredients that are prohibited, restricted, or regulated under applicable law.
- Sex and sensuality products.
- Products containing prohibited images of children and any other violent, offensive, obscene, or sexual content that is unlawful.
- Loose gemstone products.
- Products that cannot be lawfully shipped to or sold in India.
- Gift cards, gift vouchers, and other stored value instruments.
- Any product subject to a product recall.
- Products that infringe another party's intellectual property rights.
- Any other products that, at Shopdibz discretion, are not supported for sale through the services unless and until Shopdibz informs you otherwise.
